Dummy Director
"Money saved and money earned can be money spent on a better world."
Some companies may have one or more Dummy Director. A Dummy Director participates, acts and votes at the direction of someone outside the Board of Directors. Sometimes, a Dummy Director is called as an Accommodation Director.
