An investment portfolio is an aggregate of investments, such as stocks, bonds, real estate, arts or even fine wines.

What distinguishes an investment portfolio from net worth is that some asset classes are not considered investments. This is usually because that will not appreciate in value, or may even depreciate such as cars, televisions, computer equipment, clothing, etc.
